BIO:
Artist, Expressive Art Therapist, Shamanic Facilitator
With roots in spiritual practice, studies in cross-cultural mysticism, and a diploma in body- and art-based psychotherapy, Jessica has established a deeply personal and distinctive expression. Her chromatic language embodies a timeless mystique, giving form to the invisible in a way that invites liminal and meditative exploration. Form and color resonate like optical tones in harmony with the soul.
The interplay between abstract and figurative elements culminates in series where visual themes shift between simple geometric and organic forms overlapping in complex compositions, as well as flowing formations from nature with symbolic undertones. Her exploratory approach is reflected in video works, performance art, and occasional sculptural projects, resonating with both contemporary and modernist artists in similar spheres.
Jessica Eldenstjärna, born in Värmland in 1979, has been active in Stockholm since 2004.
